Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS)
The Congress of Neurological Surgeons exists for the purpose of promoting the public welfare through the advancement of neurosurgery, by a commitment to excellence in education, and by dedication to research and scientific knowledge. Neurological surgery is the medical specialty concerned with the diagnosis and treatment of patients with injury to, or diseases of, the brain, spine or peripheral nerves.

Texas Medical Association
The Texas Medical Association was organized by 35 physicians in 1853 to serve the people of Texas in matters of medical care, prevention and cure of disease, and the improvement of public health. Today, with more 40,000 physician and medical student members, TMA's vision continues in the same direction: Improve the health of all Texans.
The Bexar County Medical Society
The Bexar County Medical Society was the first county medical society formed in the state of Texas in 1853. The Society represents 4,000+ physicians in Bexar and contiguous counties. The Society's mission is to act on behalf of medicine in general, which means it will act in the best interests of physicians, patients, and the public.
